I purchased an expensive HDMI gold cable for connection between my flat screen and blue ray player but now that I purchased a stereo to hook up to the TV I’m being told I need another HDMI cable to connect the stereo to the blue ray. Is this right? Doesnt make since to me since the stereo is only audio and not video. thanks!

How Do I Reinstall Device Drivers On My Computer?
February 27th, 2010One way is, you need the original install CD. I’m assuming you mean Printer drivers.
1. Go to Control Panel/PrintersandOtherHardware/View Installed Printer or Fax Printers.
2. Note the checked item. Is this the item you’ve been trying to use? If not, first highlight the one you need and click okay.
3. Now try to do a simple print from a working program document. If it still will not print, go back to the Control Panel Menu/Printers and Other Hardware.
4. Click Add A Printer after noting the exact name of the one you presently have checked.
5. Windows will bring up a Install Wizard.
6. If you have a stand-alone pc, click the Local Printer Attached To This Computer Option. (Your UserID will need to be listed as the Administrator on the PC to do this.)
7. Follow the prompts to reinstall the printer. You will need to know the exact description Name/Model of your printer to select it from the list.
8. Load Printer CD when prompted and Finish. Windows on your pc will do the rest.
9. Finally, go to Control Panel/Printers and Faxes and make sure the newly installed printer is highlighted as the ‘Default.’ You should now be able to print.
